Oh the great soul of Dr. Iqbal!
I salute the divinity of your vision;
That always echoed an inspired voice,
I find no words to explain your horizon.
Your verses give me a miraculous thought,
I feel, as from the skies, is coming the
sound;
Your mind and heart were full of sacred
passion,
In you, the fragrance of my Prophet , I have
found.
I think, you must be so happy to know,
On every occasion, we mention your name;
But to follow your message is not easy for
us,
We only cram it : It is our disgrace and
shame.
